About The Training Room...
 
At The Training Room we understand that
each client is different and that they all
have different expectations...

Why The Training Room?
Some clients want to concentrate on building up their arms and chest, others want to pare down their legs and hips. It's our job to help them 'sculpt' their bodies to achieve their 'Individual Ideal'! All programs are designed by the certified Fitness One On One personal training team.
The Training Room may also be the answer for all those who have joined other health clubs with the best intentions only to lose interest and wander off. At The Training Room, the focus is on individuals, their needs, expectations, goals and, perhaps most importantly, program(s) that recognize the degree to which each individual can muster and maintain their drive.
We will be glad to design a workout program specifically suited to YOUR goals and needs! This workout will strike a balance between cardiovascular work, toning and strength training, as this type of workout has been shown to be the most effective means of achieving health and fitness goals. (Research shows that a balanced fitness program is the best way to burn off fat.) |
